Only the customer needs to fill up the Loan Application Form ( Available with the branch Manager ). The filled applications to be submitted with Branch Managers with the following documents :
a) 2 X Passport size Color photographs.
b) Serving Certificate ( issued by his reporting officer)
c) Last Salary slip
d) PDC cheques – 6 Nos
e ) Rs.100 /- stamp Paper ( He can purchase from Branch Manager by Rs.100)
